Terms of Service

1. The service

Adsteer is a self-serve advertising analytics tool. You connect your advertising accounts (e.g. Meta, GA4) and Adsteer produces dashboards, trends, AI diagnosis, and attribution reconciliation from your own reporting data. Access is read-only: Adsteer does not create, edit, or spend on ads.

2. Accounts & subscription

• You access the service using an API key issued to your account (tenant). Keep it secret — anyone with your key can view your dashboards.
• Trials, paid plans, and billing are handled through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees, billing cycle, and any trial terms are as presented at signup or in your plan.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and credential information you provide, and for maintaining your connected advertising accounts.

Confirm refund policy, plan pricing terms, auto-renewal, and cancellation mechanics.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Connect accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
• Attempt to access other customers' data, or probe, scan, or breach the service's security.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service in violation of applicable law or the platform terms of connected providers (e.g. Meta, Google).

4. Your data & credentials

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to access your connected accounts' reporting data solely to provide the service. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Credentials are stored encrypted at rest.

5. No guarantee of results

Adsteer provides analytics and AI-generated suggestions to support your decisions. We do not guarantee any advertising outcome — including ROAS, conversions, revenue, or performance improvements. AI diagnosis is advisory only; you are responsible for your own advertising decisions.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party APIs (e.g. Meta, Google) that may change, throttle, or become unavailable outside our control.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adsteer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the service.

Confirm the liability cap amount/formula and any jurisdiction-specific carve-outs.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse. On termination, we will delete your stored credentials and account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
