Get your Meta access token
This lets Adsteer read your ad performance data — read-only, no changes to your campaigns.
Adsteer only reads your data. We cannot create ads, change budgets, or modify anything in your account.
📋 How to get your token (2 min)
- Open the Meta Graph API Explorer in a new tab
- Click Generate Access Token — make sure you're logged in with the account that manages your ads

Under Permissions, enable
ads_readandread_insights - Copy the short-lived token shown. Then click the ⓘ icon next to it → Extend Access Token — this gives you a 60-day token
- Copy the long-lived token (150+ characters) — that's what you'll paste in the next step
Found in Meta Business Manager → Ad Accounts. Always starts with
act_Account ID must start with act_ and include numbers
